libpocomysql9 software package provides C++ Portable Components (POCO) MySQL library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpocomysql9
libpocomysql9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpocomysql9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpocomysql9 *
You will get with libpocomysql9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
